This is results based, no time wasters and must be a self starter/problem solver. Make up you’re own job description if you need to, this would be percentage based (Negotiable) with bonuses for success. First 100 players = 100USD for starters plus percentage. Strict vetting process with this as dead weight isn’t helpful and interferes with production.
